Menstrual disorders are the most common gynec abnormalities. It includes

• Irregular periods due to PCOS
• Menorrhagia i.e excessive & heavy menses
• Menometrorrhagia i.e. irregular excessive menses
• Polymenorrhea
• Dysmenorrhea i.e. painful periods
• Intermenstrual bleeding i.e. spotting/ bleeding between two cycles of periods.
• Oligomenorrhoea i.e light or infrequent menstruation
• Amenorrhoea :absence of bleeding. It can be Primary Amenorrhea in which the girl doesn't begin to menstruate by the age of 16 years, secondary amenorrhea is absence of menstruation for 3 months.
