Treatment options
Medical management is advised only in cases where Ectopic Pregnancy is
- Unruptured
- S.BhCG <3000
- No cardiac activity in embryo
- Patient clinically stable
- Tubal diameter <4cm
Medical management is done with Inj. Methotrexate followed by Inj. Leucovorin.
Surgical management
Laparoscopic Partial salpingectomy and hemostasis is required in 75% cases and in all cases with Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy.
